PRIM Custom Interiors (“PRIM,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we process personal information collected through this website and the demo request form.
Information we collect
When you request a demo, we collect your name, work email, phone number, company, role, state, team size, any message you write and whether you agreed to receive text messages. When analytics or advertising technology is enabled, we may also collect limited technical information such as device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, referral source and campaign parameters.
How we use information
We use information to respond to your request, schedule and run demos, communicate about PRIM, improve the website, measure advertising performance, protect the website and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information for money. If optional advertising technology is enabled, some activity may be shared with those providers and may be treated as “sharing” under certain privacy laws.
Service providers and cookies
We use HighLevel/LeadConnector to manage demo requests and process submitted information on our behalf. We may use analytics and advertising providers such as Google and Meta. These providers may collect information under their own policies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, our records and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact prim@primdesigner.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Text messages
PRIM Custom Interiors offers text messages about demo requests and accounts. To opt in, you must provide your phone number and select the optional SMS consent checkbox on the demo request form, or otherwise give express written consent. We do not text people who have not opted in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
