These terms apply to this website, operated by PRIM Custom Interiors (“PRIM,” “we,” “us”). By using the website you agree to them. Use of the PRIM platform is governed by a separate agreement signed with each customer.
Website content
The website describes PRIM and the products available through it. Product screens are illustrations with sample data. Photographs show design inspiration. Features, availability and pricing are confirmed in writing in your agreement and may change.
Requests and communications
Submitting the demo request form does not create a contract. You agree to provide accurate information. Text messages are sent only with your consent, as described in our privacy policy, and you can reply STOP to opt out.
Intellectual property
The PRIM name, logo, text, design and software shown on this website belong to PRIM Custom Interiors or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt to access it without authorization, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful, false or harmful content.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding the website and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from its use.
